Students must have smart phones

In my opnion is not very suitable for students to have phones, I mean the Iphones, Blackberry (I do not If They write well) ...

Is to advice for us, and without the money goes each.
What I do not understand is Why so many gigs, or whatever, to call your family ... in an emergency, that is the use to us, children? Why we have to have a camera phone with a super and why you must have internet, if for that you computer, and only spend more money?

Is now fashionable to have blackberry, phone the last generation, for nothing, as I say all the time. Well the only advantage is that you can use it as mp3 / 4.
I think it's better to have a simple cell phone, camera is not with the numbers if you need to contact someone in case of emergency, without much memory.
